Andrés Ordóñez
Global Chief Creative Officer
FCB
Andrés Ordóñez is the Global Chief Creative Officer at FCB, where he leads the creative vision across the network’s 100+ offices worldwide. A relentless believer in the power of creativity to drive business, Andrés brings people together through a shared philosophy of being Never Finished—a mindset rooted in curiosity, humility, and the drive to always do better.
Previously the CCO of FCB Chicago, Andrés helped transform the agency into a creative powerhouse—earning the title of #1 Creative Agency in North America, the third globally, and both the #1 Reach Track and #1 Craft Track Agency at Cannes Lions. Now in his global role, he partners closely with Global CEO Tyler Turnbull to scale that success across the network, while protecting what matters most: the soul of each team and the people behind every idea.
His and his team’s work has helped FCB win and grow major global brands, delivering standout campaigns that blend craft, culture, and purpose. Along the way, their ideas have been honored at Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clios, LIA, Andy Awards, Effies, WARC, and more—but for Andrés, the real reward is seeing teams grow, ideas come to life, and creativity make a real impact.
Under his leadership, FCB’s global network reached new heights in 2024 and 2025. The network secured “Network of the Year” from ADC (2024) and The One Show (2025), won D&AD’s “Network of the Year” for the first time in May 2025, was recognized as The Drum’s “Network Agency of the Year” (2024), and was crowned the Cannes Lions Regional Network of the Year – North America, marking its seventh consecutive win in 2024 and continuing in 2025—an inspiring demonstration of how the network extends excellence across disciplines and lives its philosophy of Better Together.
A proud Latino creative, Andrés is deeply committed to opening doors for others. He’s built global creative councils, mentored rising talent, and created spaces where diverse voices can be heard—and celebrated. His leadership style is grounded in empathy, clarity, and the belief that great work starts with care.
Outside the office, Andrés finds joy in movement, exploration, and the creative spark that lives beyond the brief. Because leadership—like running—isn’t about quick wins. It’s about endurance, resilience, and the people you bring along the way. We’re not here for the 5K. We’re here for the ultra.
